RETURN POLICY

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the return process must be started no more than 30 days from the items ship date. Returns will only be accepted in original, unused condition. Original packaging is preferred, but not mandatory. Proof of purchase is necessary to be considered for return, no exceptions. If the item is damaged or incorrect due to reasons beyond our control, your item cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if it meets the above terms.

Sale / Clearance items

Items purchased at a discount may not be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made if the item is incorrectly manufactured due to an error of our own. Please contact service@1stcalldfw.com with pictures and a description of the issue with your item to begin a return. If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label. Your replacement item will be dispatched once the defective item is received.

Shipping

If you wish to return an item because it was incorrectly ordered, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs on the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
